Market atmosphere on Thursday morning

Traders logged into dashboards Thursday and saw fresh data on spot XRP products from the prior session. Screens updated with a clear inflow figure that ranked among the strongest of the year. Screens refreshed across terminals as participants compared the number against earlier 2026 sessions.

Inflow breakdown from SoSoValue

SoSoValue data reported by The Crypto Basic on August 27 shows U.S. spot XRP ETFs took in $28.14 million on August 26. That total stands as the second-highest daily inflow of 2026, behind only the $46.1 million recorded on January 5. Bitwise XRP ETF accounted for $13.12 million of the total. Franklin XRPZ added $9 million. Canary XRPC contributed $6.01 million. The remaining vehicles posted zero net flows for the day.

Cumulative net inflows across the group reached a record $1.62 billion. This marks a new high after nine straight sessions of positive flows.

Recent session pattern

The last five trading days produced steady capital entry. August 20 brought $13.24 million. August 21 added $18.38 million. August 24 recorded $13.82 million. August 25 delivered $23.87 million. The August 26 print lifted the five-day total to roughly $97.45 million. August month-to-date inflows stand near $108.87 million. Net assets across the products sit at about $1.40 billion.

U.Today noted the prior session’s inflow and confirmed the ongoing nine-day streak of net additions.

Price context on August 27

Broader majors moved higher as well, with Bitcoin at $80,254, up 3.0 percent, and Ethereum at $2,517.61, also up 3.0 percent. The XRP move aligned with the reported ETF flows, though price action remained separate from the inflow headline.

Outlook from the numbers

The run of daily inflows now stands at nine sessions. The cumulative total has moved past the previous high watermark without reference to earlier weekly aggregates. Market participants tracking the category will watch whether the current pace continues into the final days of August.
